Who owns the artwork, and how you can use the designs we create for your printing jobs.
This page explains ownership and usage rights for artwork and designs involved in your printing orders with MADS Advertising & Print Solutions.
Artwork You Supply
- You retain full ownership of any logos, images and artwork you provide.
- You confirm you have the right to print the material you supply.
- We use your files only to produce your order.
Designs We Create
- When we provide free design assistance, the final approved design for your order is yours to use for your business.
- We may keep a copy of completed work for our records and portfolio unless you ask us not to.
- Editable source files can be provided on request and may carry a separate design charge.
Permitted Use
- Use the printed material and approved designs for your own business and marketing.
- Reorder reprints with us at any time.
Restrictions
- Please do not resell our design services as your own.
- Third-party fonts, stock images or licensed assets remain subject to their original licenses.
