Terms of Service

By placing an order or requesting a quote from MADS Advertising & Print Solutions, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Quotes & Orders

Quoted prices depend on size, material, finish and quantity, and are valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and, where applicable, the agreed advance is received.

Artwork & Proof Approval

• You are responsible for the accuracy of supplied artwork, text and contact details.
• Production begins only after you approve the final proof.
• Errors in approved artwork (spelling, numbers, colours) are not our responsibility once printed.
• We offer free design assistance, but final approval always rests with you.

Colour & Material Variation

Slight variation in colour between screen and print, and minor variation across print runs, is normal in flex, vinyl and offset printing and is not considered a defect.

Delivery

We deliver across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary with order size and workload. Pickup from our Sector 121 unit is also available.

Payments & Cancellations

• Custom and bulk orders may require an advance payment before production.
• Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as the material is customised.
• Reprints for genuine production defects are handled on a case-by-case basis.
